Section 20.10: Line Bisection Test

The Line Bisection Test is a tool used to assess unilateral spatial neglect (sometimes referred to as hemi-inattention) in clients following stroke. Clients are instructed to place a tic mark in the middle of a set of horizontal lines printed on a sheet of paper.
